From 1 December 2021, you will receive a letter or email from us to confirm that your account has been successfully transferred to Pioneer Energy Retail.
This will include your new account number and instructions on how to pay your bill and how to access your account information online through our My Account service. My Account allows you to keep track of your power bills and make payments online.
The current rates you pay for your electricity will remain the same and you will send you an itemised bill each month.
