What do I do if I’m moving house or adding another property to my account?
If you are moving or wanting to add another property to your account, please login to your My Account and fill in the 'Moving House' section details.
Please state in the ‘final meter reading’ field if you are not moving out of your current property. Our team will be in touch if they have any further questions or need any further details from you.

What do I do if I’ve moved into a new property and my power is off?
Before moving house, it is always best to contact us and advise if the power is on at your new property or not. If there is no power, check that the main switch is on. If you are unsure, please call us on 0800 843 769 and we can organise a reconnection within 4-6 hours (reconnection fees may apply).
